Necromancers Monster Skill list [aka. Dark Arts] -
-Drain Touch
Absorbs HP
MP Cost: 15
Level 1
Gotten From: From enemy you fight right after getting the class.
-Dark Haze
Causes old and confusion status for all enemies
MP Cost: 18
Level 1
-Deep Freeze
Freezes one target with otherworldly cold. Causes stop status
MP Cost: 38
Level 2
-Evil Mist
Sprays all enemies with a deadly poison. Also causes poison
MP Cost: 38
Level 2
-Meltdown
Burns target with searing heat. Causes sap status
MP Cost: 38
Level 3
-Hellwind
Rends all enemies with cursed winds. Causes petrification
MP Cost: 38
Level 3
-Chaos Drive
Strikes enemies with the lightning of hell. Causes paralysis
MP Cost: 38
Level 4
-Curse
Causes various status ailments
MP Cost: 42

-Dark Flare
Damages all enemies with a burst of dark energy

-Doomsday
Forbidden Dark Art powerful enough to destroy everything in its path

the differance with the Necromancer's learning of the spells, is that the Necromancer has to kill the actual monsters, but the spells are blimey overpowered for the MP cost.
I choose the Blue mage :] just because it has the party support aswell.
