After discovering just how painful a double pepperoni and chili pizza is without water, I thought I'd ask? Do you like your food to be spicy? I can take food that is medium spiced but I wouldn't touch a vindaloo with a barge pole because I'm not that crazy.

Spicy food in small amounts on rare occasions is great. I don't have it incredibly often though. I just voted no.

No way. Even if it's only a little bit spicy, I can't handle it at all.

I like spicy things that compliment the flavor of the main dish. Too much spice and nothing tastes nice. :D

I like spicy food, but I've never had REALLY spicy food. I don't know if I'd like that. Probably not. But I do like my food to be a bit spicy yeah. Chips and salsa is also one of the best snacks out there.
We have a chicken wing place here with wings so hot that you have to sign a waiver before eating them because they can cause damage to your tastebuds.
And they're DELICIOUS.

I used to find spicy food unbearable when I was a child. But, due to my culture, I was forced to eat it. Eventually, I became used to it. So every day I eat hot food and now I cant live without it. Now I find non-spicy food, like a lot of Western food so bland and boring. I would have a hot, home-made curry any day over a burger and fries.

So you guess what I probably think right?

I love jalapenos.
Spicy food isn't very gentle on my stomach, but I love it too much to not eat.

Pepperoni and chili? That sounds heavenly.
And I love spicy foods. Usually they are so full of flavor, and they clear out my sinuses and I feel so good after eating them.
Then serveral hours later...

It can contain chilli, but I can't eat chilli raw. As in I can't eat them in their original state. The only way I can eat chilli is when I don't see them. yeah, I know I'm weird but that's athat.

Yes, I really like it when food is spicy. I dig jalapeņos, but I cannot eat that many of them in a row, though.

I eat jalepenos by themselves, especially when I worked at the arcade, I'd get a cup of them and start munching on them throughout the shift. ^.^ I'm odd. Though for some reason I'm a pansy when it comes to ordering anything else spicy.

Actually, drinking water only increases the pain. :)
I've heard salt is a better cure, although that sounds weird. :rolleyes2
I kind of like to prove myself in different "challenges" of this kind, so I would probably try the spiciest food I could find.
I'm pretty crazy every now and then. :D

My flatmate ate a whole chili not so long ago, and didn't think anything of it, I was completely shocked, I can barely eat curry flavoured noodles or flamin' hot monster munch. :D :D :D

It depends on what chilli he ate. They vary from quite mild to devlishly hot.

Ive never heard as salt as a cure. Personally, I drink hot/warm water. It makes your mouth burn for a second and then the heat just seems to disappear.

Water doesn't help much for me, it's too neutral. Milk is better really, apple juice seems to do the trick for me too.
Oh yeah, I love spicy food, and eating a whole chili or jalapeņo pepper isn't that bad.

Yum yum. I think my all-time spice record was eating a little Dixie container full of jalapenos. Those put the hurt on me, but I didn't cry.
And, if by freakish coincidence somebody else on the forum knows this place, I met The Man.
I like a little spice. I mean a little. Otherwise my tongue feels like it's going to fall off! :jess:
