If you want to talk about music, you post it in the lounge, not a random final fantasy section. :P

Anyways, my favouritest band, I have finally decided, is Nirvana. Deftones comes close though.

Too close to call accurately.

But I'll have to say it's between Blind Guardian, Dragonforce, Cannibal Corpse, Necrophagist, Amon Amarth, Kalmah, Megadeth, and Children of Bodom.

Radiohead, followed tighly by a lot of other stuff like Amon Tobin, mc chris, MC Frontalot, TV on the Radio, SoaD, etc. etc. etc.

The Beatles. My love for most everything else comes and goes in phases, though I'd say Led Zeppelin will probably always be up there, too.

THE SMASHING PUMPKINS!!!!!

Seriously, I can't believe that this thread wasn't mobbed by millions who would vote the pumpkins in size 7.

John Denver, James Taylor, and Tom Paxton. I wouldn't say I have a favorite, though my collection of JD definitely trumps the other two, by far.

RiseToFall

Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Slade

It would be out of Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chili Peppers or Incubus.

My favorite band is probably Threat Signal. Besides kicking total ass live and recorded, they are the coolest thing to come from Canada...ever.

If I had to pick a second, it would either be In Flames or Soilwork.

Coming from you, Mr. Necrophagist, Cannibal Corpse and Dragonforce, that means nothing to me.

You're lucky you mentioned Megadeath.

There are many many out there that I consider my favourites, but I'll say Marilyn Manson would be number one. :cat:

I like Tool. My name here was almost Meister_Lateralus but I thought better against it.

Megadeth.

And way to kill a joke. I actually sort of like Smashing Pumpkins, sheesh.

And you cannot seriously bash on the neo-classical stylings of Necrophagist, most genius music in years.

I don't think I could choose just one, I guess it would be between The Dresden Dolls, Horrorpops, Jack off Jill, Bikini Kill and Something Corporate.
