need help with dr cid spoiler

hi, I just got to dr cid lab and my main party is all lvl 41, the rest are lvl 12, my main party has all 3 of there quickings, also I have most up to date armor and weapon, basterd sword platnium sword and fracinlia for basch, but I do zero damage to him, how do I defeat him any help please.

Destroy the satellites orbiting him before you attack him directly. Pretty basic video game tactics.
