Looks real to me
I think it's pretty easy to see that they're computer generated.
Anyway, where can I get this program? I want to see how hard it is to do.

Just run a search for Terragen. It's free. And ridiculously easy. I just made a cool looking one. I can see where someone could put a lot of work in, but it doesn't take much to get something nice.

How did you do the grass on the rock cliffs? Is that the "child" thing? Like a second texture layer?

One fun thing about Terragen is changing the density and hue of the atmospere. You get some realy nice effects that way.
