FF6 Name Change

My roommate is replaying FF6, and I remember when playing FF3 way back when there was a card or something ingame that allowed you to change your characters' names. Anyone know anything about it? Thanks!

I beat Chupon which was weird but I got it, Then I bet it and lost.
Bet an Elixir and you should get it.... hopefully.

Bet an elixer, then keep betting whatever you win and you can get experience eggs. Whoo!

speaking of EXP eggs, I always wondered if equipping two on one character gave even more EXP

but yes it's called the rename card and the colliseum is the only way I know of to get it
