Does the party ever encounter those creeps again in the game? Just wondering. I'm only at when they reach the Empire, but I still haven't met up with them again in quite some time.

I don't believe so, unless it's in a sidequest or something. I've completed the game, and I never ran into them again.

I don't even remember them. Are those the Bangaa from the mines?

They are encountered on a hunt given by Montblanc, which finishes that particular storyline.

Yes. Those creeps who kidnapped poor Penelo because they thought she was connected to Balthier.

And thanks, Timerk, for letting me know. Great. Now I've got some work to do. At least I'll get some closure with that storyline, though.

That's not right anyway.

Montblanc had a plan to post a hunt in a remote location because he thought that would lure the 'hunter hunter' out. The fact that Ba'gammnon (sp?) was actually after Balthier was unknown to Montblanc, it was just a coincidence. Although it is never directly stated, it is my assumption that Ba'gammnon (again, sp?) had heard Balthier was going out on hunts with the party, and was stalking hunters trying to ambush him, but who knows?

Use spoiler tags, true_bacon22, clearly many people here have not gotten to that part in the game yet.
