People say it all the time down here in Tennessee. I swear, most of us can't speak worth a damn. We usually aren't kidding, either.

"That's the worstest wasper I've ever seen!" - Quote from a guy in one of my classes a few years back.

waspers are awful ;.; they scare me.

the school secretary who does most of the announcements hasn't heard of subject verb agreement, but I've kinda got used to it by now; "The cheerleaders needs to go to the back of the school at this time"

Sometimes I'll inject southernisms into my speech, or rather I won't remove them before I speak for effect, and people are like "zomg wtf" I kinda like the way it sounds I guess.

it doesn't bother me as much as someone inputting bad grammar/spelling on purpose.

Never heard it before.

I've heard Bestest from little children and also in jest. I think I've discussed the idea of using Worstest as a joke, but...

It isn't very funny. It's hard to say, doesn't sound right, and I've never heard it used, probably for those very reasons.

I find anything not spoken in common english to be interesting, instead of the same boring monotone.
