Where do I get this sword as well as the Genji gear?

Ancient Man of Mystery Hunt (speak to Montblanc; it's one of his elite marks) -- You fight him in the Lhusu Mines. You need the Site 11 key to get access to the area. This can be picked up after the Diabolos hunt from the Man that Fell from the Sky near the save point in Phon Coast (around where the Rare Game Hunt Sidequest starts).

You can also make a Masamune by selling items to the bazaar:

Steal from Gilgamesh during Battle 1 when he is on his 4th and 5th transformations to get genji gear (I think it's the shield and gloves).

If any of my information is incorrect, I'm sure someone will correct it. But as for now, I think this is all accurate.

The "Ancient Man of mystery" hunt. Steal from Gilgamesh during the first encounter to get the genji gloves and shield. Then further on in i think site 7 when you encounter him again, you steal the genji armor and helm. Masamune is a reward for the hunt. You get the hunt from Monteblanc.
