*Ugh* KH2:Final Mix has a few cool new fights

So, here is a scan from the latest issue of Shonen Jump:

It doesn't show much, but it shows enough to make me a bit jealous. First, the one Organization XIII member that didn't get a fight gets his own fight. Riku vs. Zexion. And Zexion has a weapon too, although it's the same as Riku's. Maybe he's replicating it somehow, who knows. Second, the other Organization XIII member that only got a cutscene for his fight gets his own playable fight. Sora vs. Roxas. This would have been so cool to play, but alas.

On a side note, what Final Fantasy VII game are they showing at the bottom of the scan?

OMG, they added a boss fight when he is encountered at the Skyscraper, and a Zexion/Riku fight, featuring his weapon, the Unique Weapon, Lightsaber, a one handed glowing Phase Blade containing six sockets, all of them with Ist, making the blade's name "IstIstIstIstIstIst," and among other innate skills is a level 11 Sanctuary, 180 Magic Find, and +random number to maximum and minimum damage. Too bad it's not nearly as good as Breath of the Dying, Xemnas' Executioner Blade, which probably has a Zod in there, and causes a level 20 Poison Nova to be used on 20% chance.

But for all translations, one must ask Kishi.

Breathe of the Dying does have a Zod, and it has a 50% chance to cast level 20 Poison Nova when you kill an enemy, along with Prevent Monster Heal, +30 to all attributes, +60% attack speed, and -20% requirements, which is probably how he can equip it in the first place.

Prevent Monster Heal would have been nasty in that fight, and would provide quite a challenge if Xemnas would have had that ability.

Too bad he'd never activate Poison Nova. It's also indestructible! I don't think Xemnas' stats are quite high enough to equip BotD, but maybe an eBotD, which has slightly better stats, and better cReqs.

The game at the bottom is just pictures from the new Crisis Core trailer for the PSP.

And I really hope they bring this over to us. :( It looks enticing to meee.

Edit: And people are too greedy with their Zods :mad2: I know it's the rarest rune, but I need my Breath to be of the Dying nature damnit.
