Hey guys! Noobie question

Before I ask, I'd just like you to know I didn't use the book until I got to that big gate where you have to use Belias to open since I got stuck for 4 days trying to figure out where to go to advance. So I'm sure inbetween from the start of the game until that point, I must have missed a bunch of stuff.

Anyway, I already finished the game and am doing all the sidequests and stuff. Right now I'm interested in doing the "Patient in the Desert" thingy to get the Barheim key but whenever I go see Dantro's wife she just says:

"there's trouble on the north bank, I'm sure of it. I wish Dantro were here, but I know he can't leave the outpost unwatched."

Where can I find Dantro??

How do I give this Cactus flower to the wife?? I have it in my inventory.

Dantro is on the Eastersand outpost (those 3-4 huts right behind the first Wild Saurian). Talk to him and he will ask you to give the flower to his wife. Talk to her, then talk to him again, then to her, then to the boy at the dock waiting for his dad. You eventually get to cross the river and meet the little boy's dad and then you go back talk to Dantro's wife again, dig behind her hut, go back to the North bank and voila! Mission Accomplished
