Leshach Entite?

How do I get the snowstorm to appear? I have completed Fafnir's hunt and I can't see snowstorm anymore... :(

I so want the Leshach Halcyon! :(

Exit/Re-Enter From Golmore Jungle until you see the snowstorm ..... the entite should be in the next area after the save crytal ....... equip your thief cuffs and steal .. if you cant steal the halcyon from it, exit and re-enter the next area(to the south) for a fresh stack of steal-able items.
