Im stuck in a Temple

Been a while since i played my game on XII and im in this temple with Demon walls. I beat one of them but the thing that puzzles me is what do i do there? How do i get to the solution? All i know is there 2 non lit lamps and a bunch of steps. Plzzz help me.

Have you tried exploring every room you can get to and killing everything that dares stand in front of your path to absolute victory?

The first Demon wall you don't need to beat, just answer "yes" to the "flee? " question, run like hell and go trough the door. The second one is easier because you can stop it on it's tracks, giving you more time to beat it.

After that, go through all halls. Here's a map in case you don't have one

Although you will get a nice little prize or just something for beating the demon walls from the guild...i hate backing down to certain monsters and will find a way to beat them no matter how long and that first demo wall was tough but is beatable.

You just have to do a nice sized quickening on him to start off, get him down to a little below half health and hes cake from there.

Toss on a few immunities to blindness or sleep or whatever it was he casted, and it was cake.

I came back. He was a 'loose end', and as you know, loose ends should be tied up.

We were around level 25-30 at the time... :D
