Can't equip excalibur sword *please help*

Hey can someone help me, I am very close to beating the game my guys are all lvl 55 and my warriors job lvl is 99 ... I got the Excalibur sword and I cant get him to wield it... its saying "only the worthy can use it" I am not sure what to do to get him to equip it? ... also my white mage and black mage cant use there lvl 8 magic...why is this ?

It means only a KNIGHT can use it. Your white and black mage should become sage/magus

alright but .... what is the job lvl for like if im lvl 99 job lvl so if i start a new job so if i change my warrior into a night he wont be as strong ?

If you change jobs, the job level will be level 1 unless you trained it. So you have a job level 99 warrior and you want to change into a job level 6 knight. You will become the level 6 knight.

awww that sucks, screw that then my guy can hi 9999 damage i would be stupid to change, another question if you dont mind answering. Alright I got a lvl 67 job black mage and he can't use his lvl 8 magic ... why is this? same goes with my white mage she cant use her lvl 8 stuff either?

correct, you need to change her to a devout.

Change your White mage for Devout and your Black mage for a Magus, those are a upgraded version of the White and Black Mage and they can use lvl8 magics. They also have more MP for the most powerful spells. You can take a Sage if you want too.
