When you hear (not read) "Merry Christmas!" what do you think first? Marrying Christmas, or Happy Christmas time?

this (http://forums.eyesonff.com/member.php?find=lastposter&t=98990) is Christmas.

I think of someone called Mary.

Mary Christmas...sounds like a drag queen.

I think of, well...season's greetings. *shrugs* It's a preconditioned response to me.

The first two options actually. The first thread I saw where the title had Christmas in it that was actually about the holiday Christmas, I thought it was about the member Christmas. In the outside world though I think of the holiday.

I think of the festive greeting. I'm not silly to let this place take over my mindflare

I'm proud to say that the addictiveness of Eoff has not yet caught me tightly enough in its vise that I think of Christmas as a member rather than a holiday when I hear "Merry Christmas."

I think of what its supposed to be.

Merry=happy/cheerful aka Happy/Merry Christmas -- or Cheerful Christmas, its simply a friendly greeting.

I don't see how anyone could possibly think of "marrying christmas" when someone says Merry Christmas.

I think of spiced eggnogg as a means of escaping this horrid over-hyped, drawn out festivity. And then I am happier, and later merry once I am filled warm and happy with the wondrous stuff.

The member reminds me of the holiday, not the other way around.

I think of everything being fricking closed for 2 weeks. Out of gas or food? Hope you can stun a pigeon and consume it raw until the holiday season ends!
