2: Is that 100%(or 255%, you may say) hit for offensive magic?(NOT Status magic)

battle meter should be in the info section somewhere x.x; I can't remember exactly where :] it just displays the numbers of battles your characters have fought

Battle meter is just a record of your battles...Its actually useful, to keep intouch with your battles..
