You start the battle with float. I gave hermes sandals to everyone.
Each of the summoner's turns, I used Golem. I had my Faris as a freelacer, with the Rainbow Dress (I didn't give her the red shoes, cause I wanted haste). It inspires swords dance. With dual wield, I did 8x the damage. To heal, I used White Wind. In fact, I video taped it. This is a REALLY easy strategy, specially if you've mastered Dancer.
It's good, I'm surprised too.

I thought this would be for the first Gil Turtle.

Oh well, this'll definitely come in handy when I get to that part! Thanks for uploading! :) :cat:

is that a different "gil turtle" because that says "B2 river of souls"

There's two. The moderately difficult one in World 2, and the one in B2 River of Souls that has his way with you.

Everyone as freelancer, give everyone !Image and give 3 Black Magic level 5+, and one of them !Time level whatever you need for Hastega. Equip shields instead of dualwielding, and put them all on the back row.

Keep !image up during the entire battle, and make sure you Float everyone on beforehand or during the battle, then blast it with Blizzaga. Even should you get unlucky, and a character with just one mirror image get attacked twice in a row, you've still got a 45% evasion from the shield. If it still connects, it's rather low damage because of being at the back row. If you feel like it, you could probably get one !White instead of one !Image or !Black.

!Image is god versus all-physical enemies.

I thought the original Gil Turtle was already quite challenging. It's good to have some tips for the 2nd encounter.

The second one didn't give me much trouble, and I actually forgot about the first one :(, he's pretty well hidden.
