Jesus christ, I don't want to go to work tomorrow. We're going to get swamped with return calls and it's going to make me want to blow my brains out~! At least it won't be as bad as last year at the mall though.

Do you have to go anywhere near a place of business tomorrow? Be it either to work, shop, or exchange that hideous sweater without a gift reciept!

Yes, tomorrow I have work in my busy, capital city cafe.

Tomorrow for me, though, is the 27th. I didn't have to work Boxing Day.

We shouldn't have any people asking to return gifts where I work.

It just wouldn't make a lot of sense.

When I worked at Target, the day after Christmas was always always the worst day to work ever. Far worse than the day after Thanksgiving. Actually, being in guest services (returns) wasn't too bad because they stick like four or five of you back there, rather than just one like they do for the rest of the year. And that made things a lot easier. (Though you did have to deal with the occasional screaming guest without a receipt, but what could you do, ya know? Besides, you have to deal with those throughout the entire year anyway.)

But goodness I feel sorry for the cashiers. There's going to be people in there with more than one cart packed full of Christmas clearance, probably freaking out because stuff was in the wrong spot so they saw the wrong price sign...

Ugh. Working there for three years has got me jaded. XD

I was supposed to go to work but I called it off to go to my cousin's birthday dinner/night-out instead.

But if I were to go to work, I'd be dealing with an army of hungry shoppers. The biggest shopping complexs and department stores in Sydney are just minutes walk from my McDonalds.

Nope :D

But Mom does, even though she's sick. I told her to take a sick day, but she says that taking sick days right after Christmas does not go well at all, and she'd get in trouble.
Which annoys me, because she really is sick T_T

Well, I don't think it would be such a bad day at work if you didn't stay up watching Venture Brothers all night!

I didn't watch "Showdown at Cremation Creek" I and II though because those were on last week, so I was only up until 4:30. :P

Full nights sleep or not though, today sucks.

Unless doing homework counts, I'm scot-free from anything resembling work til the start of the new year. :p
