I got the idea that maybe there was a corrupted sector on my harddrive that was making it reboot whenever it tried to access information from there, so I got the idea to run chkdsk, which frankly I should've done ages ago.
Anyways, long before it could have finished checking the drive, my computer rebooted and when it got back to windows, two little popups "Windows has recovered from a serious error" were there :p I tried using dumpchk.exe to read them, but it wouldn't load them for some reason (user error probably :P)
stu says it sounds like it's dying. It is about five years old after all ;o Is it?
I guess it wouldn't kill me if it was, except I'm super sentimental and hate to think of anything dying xD Guess I might as well start transferring everything, just in case :|
