Have you ever looked for something for so long that you forget what you were looking for?

Mmm, no, I don't think I have ever looked for something so long that I've gotten a tummy ache.

Define "too long."

*forgets what's he's looking for between one and four seconds after he starts most of the time.*

Yes, usually.

By the time I usually find something, I'll find something else that is ten times cooler.

Yeah, all the time. It's really frustrating. And I'll be very angry about it for a few minutes, and then accept defeat and move on to do something else until I wait. It always comes eventually.

Whatever you're looking for is always in the last place that you look.

All the time. And then you just give up, and when you don't need it anymore, you find it. Always happens!

Not always...I usually continue searching for at least 45 minutes after finding what I'm looking for.

You sound like someone I know. Ever sit at a stop sign for 10 minutes waiting for it to turn green while talking on a cell phone?

EDIT: Yakking means vomiting. I'm not certain of the spelling for the version which means "talking." "Yacking" just doesn't look right.

Sometimes...
I get bored looking for something and I do something else...
and then I forget what I was looking for... until later...

It is really bad when you look for something, find it, but keep looking because you don't remember what you are looking for, only that you are looking for something.

hmm. Probably, but I can't remember.
