Help with fafnir

hye,,
Need all of you pros again..
im stuck finding this fafnir....i mean i know its located at silverflows end - paramina rift..

problem is..the marks only appears when the the map is in blizzard...but everytime time i enter the map..it is not in heavy snow..tried to re-enter the map...entering from other region also cannot.zzzz

this is my last hunt to complete all....
