Does Haste matter if you have 255 agility?

Yes, if the enemy has Agility above 200, then it is certainly noticable.

Anything below, and the entire ATB will be clogged with your turns. Of course, If all you do is Steal or not do damage, then the opponent will eventually get a turn. Without a Haste on you, the enemy will probably get his own turn nine turns earlier than if you had cast Haste.

The ATB always gives participants a turn. It all depends on how quickly they get it, so yes, it does make a difference, and no in that the enemy will never live to see the end of its turn.

haste is always a good idea, ALWAYS!!! and if u can cast slow on ur opponent too it pretty much garuntees victory.

yes. very much so. especially if your battling in the monster arena. if you fight Fenrir then you might want it. or Nemesis
