Well my question basically states its all, so does anyone know where to get the two technicks cause I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Plus I've also checked my guide book but can't seem to find it.

Telekinesis is in the secret shop in the Necrohol of Nabudis. I can't remember where 1000 Needles is, exactly, but I got it about halfway through the storyline, so it can't be too hard to find. It was probably in the third page of some item shop in the middle of nowhere. :p

1000 needles is found in the first place you can get remedies as well(at least to my knowledge)

There are a few shrines around the vendor, and some harse landscape :)
It's not in a city.
