    I went to a small Filipino party on New Year's Eve, mainly for the food. I love Filipino food. There wasn't really much though, some Pansit, Kare-Kare, lumpias, and the fruit salad. The party didn't have karaoke while I was there though, they were playing some kind of card game involving money.
    I know. It is inevitable. But, that doesn't change the fact that it is a horrific social event. x)

    That being said, I really do enjoy mingling with my "own" kind now and then. You know what I mean, right? Generally speaking, Filipinos are a kind, and they (we?) certainly know how to cook up a storm. The food is beyond comprehension.

    I'm actually looking forward to tonight.
