I am so excited.! The dough is rising atm........takes a few hours so i thought i'd write a blog! about pizza! the dough should make two pizzas so i am thinking ham and oyster mushroom on one (i dunno how well oyster mushroom goes on pizza and ive never had it before but it was on sale so i grabbed it!) and pepperoni and mozz on t'other? The toppings arent important for this experiment because Im concentrating on the sauce! Ive never made sauce before!! ...
