So today at work I had to call some person's insurance company to see if they were covered for some kind of services. After dancing through like fifty automated buttonpress thingers I finally got to a person who said they were having an update (which is call center talk for "oh trout the systems are down and we don't know what to do") and couldn't help me so asked me to hold while they transferred me.

The person I got transferred to also said they were having an update and I should call back later. I asked when and they said "Just later than now! Is that ok?"

And I said "Nope. That's not ok!" and hung up on them like a brat.

I thought of you.

Click...firmly? What the smurf kind of mouse does this guy have where there are different degrees of click strength? It's either clicked or it isn't.

You should do it soon! My company auto-enrolled me in a new plan but I thought I should check out the new website... Got a better plan and saved $400 a month.

They're busy talking to pharmacy technicians. People's cards keep getting declined because they have different processing info for the new year and when they're prompted for a card they bring me the old one and insist that it's the new one, so I have to call and get their new processing info

I hate January.

I'm pretty good at being pushy without yelling, I think... People just keep screwing things up though/ The lady I spoke to went to her other line to call the company billing me immediately, and said I would get a follow-up on the 17th. If it isn't fixed at that point, I really will lose my trout.

It is time to lose your trout on someone. If you have run out of trout to lose I am happy to pretend to be you and lose my trout all over someone on your behalf.

If Bailey would stop eating all day I just might bake something with it. Right now every time I think I made extra she decides she wants a snack.

You should make a milkshake with your breast milk and report back to us on the findings.

I would love to stuff my fridge with breastmilk. I want to make more milk than any one baby could possibly consume!

From the pictures I have seen of her, I've got to say, you have one pretty baby! All of the babies in my Facebook feeds look like ugly, little trolls. Bailey is lovely, though!

Last time I had it I didn't like it, but the first time I had it it tasted like the milk left in the bowl after you eat Lucky Charms.

I've been thinking I wanna try breast milk. I bet it's smurfing delicious and only babies get to have it
