I assume everyone here wants to know whats going on in my personal life right now. Actually that's not true but I feel like blogging so deal with it!!

My boyfriend works with his father and sometimes watching them makes me wonder about when my son will be an adult. I don't want to be one of those parents that treats him like a kid when he isn't anymore. But it must be weird when you're used to him being a small baby or a small child, dependent on you, to not really needing you anymore. I feel so incredibly lonely. My days feel empty. Everyday my son grows up a bit more and I miss it. He's the only worthwhile thing I've done with my life and I'm such a failure of a mother that I can't even take care of him and be with him.

My recipe book is coming along nicely. I have a goal of 300 recipes and I have over 200 now . I find my recipes from cookbooks, magazines, websites, other people, family recipes, and my own recipes that I've come up with. I haven't even made all of the ones in the cookbook and I'm excited to try them.

I am leaving to go visit my mom and son on Thursday. I am extremely happy to go see my son. It has been too long. I hear him talking in the background on the phone and when I last some him he was saying words, but not speaking full sentences yet, so I'm very excited. He can also recite most of the alphabet now.

I just finished the game today so this blog should be my last few posts. I'll split it up into two or three posts in this blog.
