Hmmm, you're Canadian and your employers want you starting at 5:30 am? I may be way off base here, but you don't work at Tim Horton's do you?

But yeah, 5:30 is balls, but I understand how you feel to some extent. While my wife doesn't have to get up at 5:30, she has been told by her boss on a few occasions that she's one of the few employees she trusts there. Which is kind of frightening when you consider she works at a daycare now that I think about it. But because of that she usually ends up closing up a little more often than the other workers, and sometimes staying a bit late as well. They have to have a certain ratio of kids to adults, so if someone gets to go home early, it usually isn't her, and if parents are later than usual getting their kids she's stuck until they pick them up, even if it's an hour after she's supposed to get off.

Hopefully some other people start to step up, or maybe some new hires will help ease things on you. I'd hate to think how hard this would be since you get home so late sometimes. You were stressed enough before, and I'd hate to see your school work suffer, or worse, have you burn out (been there. Not fun).

Congrats at being awesome, though if your unhappy about the lack of other professional help in your shop you should speak to your manager, its not fair on you to have to take all the responsibility, I mean what if something were to happen to you or what if you found another job, you need to get them to train the other members of your team so your not stuck getting up at ridiculous times in the morning, especially when you walk to work and don't get home till late.

Hope everything turns out well for you, I personally hate early morning but starting at 5:30 is just beyond a joke.

We've had them for a fair while now. They're everywhere. In Brisbane you can find three within walking distance of each other. And I mean walking distance for people who really don't exercise.

I do the same thing at Subway. I didn't know Subways had infected Australia too.

I have a friend who asks Subway workers to make whatever sub they like best for him. "What would you recommend" to smurfing every question. It's entertaining to begin with but then it's a little bit frustrating, even for us!

Sounds like you need a nice day to relax shion, to let all the stress off! Do something you enjoy

I actually finished my lessons today, but now my schedule is stuck until 1. I talked to the manager about the schedule because on my application I said I can work from 7. She told me that they really do need me there at 6 because that`s when the morning rush is (I work in a restaurant branch that is renowned here for their coffee) and that`s what they hired me for.
I will being doing groceries this weekend so I should be able to get some stuff I can cook in advance. It would save me some time. An extra hour of sleep is an extra hour of sleep. Thank you for the suggestion.

Some good news: I passed my driving school with flying colors

Well, for what it's worth, I'd care if you were gone.

Damn that's a rough change switching you to starting work at 6am. I'm not sure what you can do about that. Maybe try explaining to your boss that you don't get home from school until around 10-11 pm and are running on around 5 hours of sleep. Maybe they'll be understanding and change your schedule to be a bit more accommodating.

Do you get a day off anywhere in there at all? Or at the very least have several uninterrupted hours? Because as far as diet my only thought is that you can try making your meals, or at the very least your lunches and snacks, in advance on a day off. If you have the time it's really easy to just cook several pieces of chicken breast, or ground beef or something, prepare a week's worth of salads, etc. and toss them into separate tupperware containers. Then you can just put the chicken in with the salad the day of, have some dressing in a separate container, and it's all ready to go. And that stuff will easily keep for up to a week if you're preparing it fresh, not to mention cutting down on some of the stress of worrying about what you'll be preparing for yourself when you're pressed for time. If you can I'd also recommend taking fish oil. You can get it at plenty of drug stores or places like GNC. It can really help to even out your mood in my experience. Try to get stuff that has a decent concentration of EPA and DHA. You don't really need to understand what those are, just check the label. It'll list the amount of EPA and DHA on it. Combined they should be around 500 mg per capsule. Assuming you're average height and size for a woman you should be fine with taking 3-4 capsules a day. If you have trouble taking pills then you can get the stuff as just the oil without the pill capsule, and mix it into something else if you want to help cover up the taste.

As to the relationship issues, I know how you feel. When I was still studying for my CA I was working full time, and studying/doing assignments almost every night. As if that doesn't put enough strain on the relationship, I was super stressed and starting to slip into depression. It's not easy, either on yourself or on your relationship. Hopefully your boyfriend is at least understanding of the fact that you're really busy right now, and that things like studying do have to be a priority.

Also, if you feel as though you're getting too stressed out, or things are getting too hard to handle then make an appointment with your doctor, or check to see if your school offers access to counseling services. Most will, or will be able to point you to where you can get some. It can be tough dealing with that kind of a hectic schedule, and sometimes you just need to sit down and talk to someone. So if it feels like the crap is piling too high then try and find someone to talk to sooner rather than later.

And one last thing, I'm just curious when you'll be done with the driving lessons? It seems like once those end you'll have a few extra hours in the day at least to help you fit in the other things that need to be done, and destress if needed.

I do all the stuff related to my own stuff, the only shared chores are things that are shared.

U might find this silly but i think a scheme would do mirracles..
that way it is clear who has to do what, and if they say stuff like ´but its his job´ or ´i didnt know´ than you simply tab with your finger on that scheme..

since they live in your house, they can easely do some household

I once had this problem with an old housemate of mine, I ended up just washing my own clothes and doing my own dishes only when I needed something doing, she copped a right strop when it was Saturday night and she had nothing to wear... she soon learned.

Of course it's not selfish, and you KNOW it's not selfish. Some people are innately lazy, or get spoiled easily. They expect you to do everything because they know you WILL do everything.

Tell your guy you need help with this, this and this. Tell your roommate that since she's staying there long term she's not a guest. She also is expected to pitch in around the house.

You already know all this. It's time to suck it up, and have that uncomfortable talk with them about it.

i cant keep up my concentration at school becaus i dont find it interesting.
i work with pigs, and some lessons (for example) go about goats (and goats only).
Its not that i has to be about pigs, but can not find it interesting when its about 1 animal..
    not everyone likes goats!!!
when it goes in general about animals than its interesting becaus u can apply it on any animal

worst of all.. last year we had lessons about water-birds... NOBODY was interested, including the teacher :S

Text books are such bulltrout. I got really sick and tired of paying over a hundred dollars for USED text books (smurf you math and science) that the teacher only had us use once or twice. And I only went to college for a year. My second semester I would try to find the text book online and then only buy it if the teacher used it in class frequently.

But not buying the littler things like graphing paper is kind of lame. Some of them probably want to wait until they know what all of their professors want so they can do all of their shopping at once, but you miss out that way :<
