So I have lost about 10ish~ lbs since I started, reaching my 6 lb goal. I don't have my new goal yet, but I'm still sticking to it. It doesn't show at all which is discouraging, but I suppose I need to give it more time. Basically I've been eating less unhealthy, replacing some chocolate snacks with carrots or something, and walking. Today or tomorrow I plan to start doing 20 minutes of weights as well as my 6000 steps.
Going to start keeping track in here because why not! So my goal for 30 days is 6 lbs. I think I can do it! I'll record my progress when I have my weigh ins and what have you. Excited and hope I see some progress! In other news, my carpet finally came and I really like it. Now we can move our furniture and unpack some more and things.
