My current theory is that ToriJ is actually EoFF becoming self aware. Think about it, has anyone actually seen ToriJ? Of course, my theory for everyone on EoFF is that they may be EoFF and have become self aware, so my theory doesn't mean much.

no, all of that is perfectly healthy and reasonable. Don't worry.
I like how some places do a Buy it, Rent it, Miss it system; or something similar to that. Your system sounds pretty reasonable, though. I just personally don't enjoy putting a number value to games like that.
Sounds reasonable. As I have never been in the position to review games in any official form or way, I can't say I would have any better luck trying to put a number on quality. I mean, quality can be pretty subjective.
