Yeah, it's on the PSN classlics, so any of those can be played via PSP. By the time I'd finally played FF 1, however, I'd already played up through VII, IV and V being my first two. I really can appreciate how well that game was made, especially considering when it came out and just how far it pushed the RPG genre forward, but it just felt to archaic for me when I got to it.

You're thinking of Dawn of Souls, LFC. they're both re-releases of I and II but I think Dawn of Souls added new dungeons and areas to explore and Origins just added CGI cut-scenes and touched up on a few things. Not sure. I didn't know you could play PS1 games on the PSP though. Origins is a fun game and was the first time I got to play the original and second Final Fantasy. I is my favorite of the two.
the one for ps1 =D
May be I'm wrong, but isn't FF Origins a GBA game? Or what FF origins are you talking about?
well this settles it. i should become a young preacher of FF and spread the word to other people my age since they might not know what they are missing! =D even if i have not finished my first FF game yet xD
I just realized you are a new member here, but that's because I don't log in that often. Like everyone else, I'm surprised you have an interest in FF. I have seen some pretty young members around at times in other forums, but you're the first so young I see here. You do seem pretty mature, I would have never imagined you to be so young. It's just unexpected.

I joined these forums when I was twelve. Now I'm twenty-five. This franchise is a bit of an older one and isn't as popular with the younger crowd, so that's the biggest surprise of all to me - that you're interested in games that your generation isn't. We're happy to have you!
oh but of course. my bad xD

Hm I will have to look through my posts and see because i honestly do not remember. if it was my post about Eidos burning out companys it is probably because my aunt is a tomb raider fan and she went on a big rant when i asked her about the TR game she had in her PS2 collection xD so when i played a TR game i got interested and looked it up and read about pretty much the whole series on wikipedia ;o yeah. should have clerified
Eh, we've had 12 year olds at EoFF that ended up on staff back in EoFF's early days, and they were all great. I don't think it's a huge deal. I think it's just been a long time since any younger people joined EoFF because forums aren't a 'big thing' on the internet, and most people who are on them joined the internet at a younger age when forums were the big thing. Now it's all Twitter and Facebook. As for the rest of it, I think on one occasion someone mentioned to me that you commented on something that happened in the gaming industry when you were too young to remember it, or something. I'm not sure. That's possibly the only time it's come up in conversation, but I can't say I talk about you every day, sorry. You're cool, I don't really care what your age is so long as everyone behaves.
oh i can just reply to my own blog -_- lol oops. anyway yes i actually like being surrounded by 'old' people (now i just feel mean) but the thing is it is not that you guys are doing anything wrong really i am just mostly curious about the story behind why people are so suprized xD the funny thing is i know two people my age who like final fantasy but it is because they played the new one first and then sometimes play some of the older ones like 12 and 10 xD another thing that i am really curious about is why am i mature for my age? i find myself kind of... in mature o.O i guess i am just curious. to be honest when i joined here i thought there would be more people my age. i guess because of my aunt and her sharing all her old games (seriously the newest system i have is a psp >.>) that final fantasy is just this huge popular thing ;o but then i hang out with a lot of older people to. my parents friends... their kids. I FEEL OLD NOW!
Netscape Navigator!!! Omg. Browser of choice right there. Lmfao I used to go into the Lycos chat rooms often... You know I still remember my ICQ number? Craaaaazy! Anywho. I -was- on the internet at your age. So I understand how you feel. Back then though, it wasn't as big a deal because the technology was brand new and not nearly as advanced as it is now. Back when I was your age, the only way to get a picture online was to get a photo print and scan it into the pc with a scanner. The main people I grew up with online were about my age, mostly a couple or few years older, some my age, and a couple that were younger. It -is- a shock to us that you are here and only 11, but just know that you're more than welcome here and we all care about you. We may say crazy things in chat and talk about things we probably shouldn't when you're there, but we (or at least me and several other people) do have your best interests at heart and we've become rather protective. XD You are mature beyond your years and that's a really great thing. And you're really sweet. That's why we accept you and like you. You're a wonderful girl and you're turning into a wonderful lady.
Ah yes, I remember using the internet at my grandma's house back in 1995. With Netscape navigator. Using Lycos. To look up Chrono Trigger info. AND FINDING NOTHING!!!
"did any of you not join teh interwebz when you were my age? xD" "the internet" barely existed when I was your age, and I didn't start regularly using it until I was ten years older than you Honestly I think most people are surprised because I don't think we have ever had a newbie here as young as you before. Most of the newer members are in their early 20s and most of the "old-timers" are in their late 20s or early 30s. In other words, it's not you, it's us
I think it is because you're still a kid that this is so surprising. I have a cousin who is your age, about to turn 12. She's a dear, and I love her very much, but she's still a little girl. I guess you are too, but you do act mature for you age. That's not a bad thing. A lot of people on this forum joined when they were your age, or not much older than you, so I don't think that surprises them on that level. But most of us here are in our twenties and thirties, and so it's surprising to see someone your age join this forum, especially for an aging video game series. No one here is upset or doesn't like you here, but I can say you're the first kid your age I've talked to with such an adult personality. I think I was more mature than a lot of kids my age for a long time, but I still wasn't as mature as you. Anyways, I think most, if not all of us are glad to have you here.
thank you ^^ sorry i have not been updating :x been in a weird mood lately ;O
Poor blind sprite gets robbed! That's sad. "oogly ogres" is a good name. I like it.
