I learned when you're debating the price of something at a yard sale with a black person, it is not wise to use the word "niggle". Even if it is a real word, and you didn't know why they were upset until they explained it to you.

Things I learned as a kid. You can't take two slices of bread and a piece of cheese, put them in the toaster, and make a grilled cheese. It seemed like such a time saver when I was 8. I thought it was brilliant!

Whenever I got anything stuck in my hair my mom would use mayonnaise! Gum was especially awful.

Creative people tend to have nightmares more often than the average person. They say doing something like painting, drawing, singing, or anything along that nature helps to alleviate the amount of nightmares one has through out the year.%2Pr

After a nightmare or when I'm half asleep and can tell that I'm going to have one, I find that it helps to wake myself up so I'm 100% alert. Cold water is sometimes necessary. I return to bed in a different state of mind and no nightmare! It might not help much if you're having them this often though

I'm not at all a lucid dreamer. Often I will realize I'm dreaming but when I try to change something, like turn the killer doll into a friendly puppy, the puppy becomes an bloodthirsty something with big teeth.

I have nightmares far more frequently than once or twice a year.

Not as often as every night in a week though... Sucks.

Are you at least a lucid dreamer? I maintain pretty good control while in a nightmare.
