So. The Bible says we are all descended from Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve had two sons, Cain and Abel. The human race was not extinct after that second generation Did Abel and Cain smurf their mother?
People I've asked this claim that Adam and Eve weren't the only humans, just the only ones in Eden. Sounds like some mental gymnastics as they try to explain away a blatant plot hole. More to the point, if there were people not allowed in Eden, God must be a bit of an asshole.
Hm. I always thought it was obvious that... you know... *cough* I mean obviously the bible would not necessarly SAY that. not sure why people are so weird about it. like people forget the story of Lot and his daughters or something... What? IT IS TRUE PRUDES! IT BASICALLY SAYS IT! Seriously though i have never heard of 'other humans' outside of Eden. That's like... where it started. Not sure what kind of person would try to find a way to dodge that one. Now I want to ask a sister or a priest when i see one but it might be awkward. maybe i should ask my parents to ask. Never really thought about it tell now actually... DARN IT BLEYS! ;O
Hence one of the many reasons I don't believe in that stuff .
Something tells me that "Did Cain and Abel smurf their mother" probably isn't a good question to ask a nun or priest.
Abel didn't get to smurf anyone. Cain made sure of that.
I can only imagine that according to bible lore, all if our ancestors were inbred.
Depends on what Christian you ask. Catholics consider the Bible a metaphor mostly.
We're all related..... Omg .

It wasn't that they were the only humans allowed in Eden, but that they were the only humans given sentient thought or consciousness.
but of course we are all related xD i am not sure why people are so grossed out or suprized it was thouuuuuusands of years ago. i mean either that happened or the human race died ;o but yes. to me the bible is a biiiiig metaphor. and that is not a BAD thing it is just others do think that it is not... which is weird to me. but to each there own xD

You know what they say: Incest is the best.
Only humans given sentient thought? That's even more dickish Sam. Not only were they not allowed in but they got raped by the sentient humans after they were banished.
Adam and Eve were made by God 6000 years ago and lived in the Garden of Eden. All of other humans evolved naturally over the course of billions of years of successful genetic transfers.
While still incest, Cain would have married/reproduced with a sister. It mentions in Genesis that Adam begat both sons and daughters; it's just that none of them were named except Cain, Abel, and Seth (I think that was his name).
Hm yes I just looked =D seems very possible. Also tas told me that smurf is a filter on EoFF >.< all this time i thought i would use it as a way to fit in becuase i thought it was some secret EoFF word every cool person used... my life is meaningless now ;O
Somewhere at the beginning of human history, somebody had to screw their mother (and sisters) to spawn the next generation. It should be much easier to believe that Cain would bang his mother after having killed his brother. That said, Cain was exiled and likely spawned the next generation with one of Adam's daughters (aka one of his sisters). This explains why cultures such as the Titans, the Atlanteans, and the Asgardians were never seen in the flesh by later generations. Those who were cast from the garden were "created" to replace the natives and so, as is the rule of evolution, this genetic cheat of a species ended up outlasting all others (or outright murdering them according to the Bible).
