My review of Final Fantasy VIII has just garnered enough hits to make it my top ten list which is as followed, 1.) WWF War Zone (146) 2.) Dark Souls (100) 3.) Pokemon Red/Blue (80) 4.) Super Mario Bros/Sonic the Hedgehog (66) 5.) Darksiders (61) 6.) Sailor Moon: Another Story (58) 7.) Atari Anniversary Edition Redux (52) 8.) Devil May Cry (50) 9.) Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (50) 10.) When I started doing reviews scoring things 10/10 was something I struggled with because I cannot for the life of me put my feelings to a number. Every time the doctor asks me how much does it hurt at a scale from 1 - 10 I have no idea what to say. I just can't translate a feeling to a number, there's no way I can do it. So I came up with a system I like to think is at least fair to the games I review. My 10/10 scoring is rated by cons. This means I default the game at 10 and subtract ...

I was just looking at the number of reviews I published on my blog (not this blog, the blog I have on Blog Spot) and I saw that I have already reviewed over 40 games already. And that's with a one year and three months hiatus so no telling how many it would be by now had I never gone on that break. Though the break probably did me some good since it gave me a chance to reinvent myself. The first 20 games I reviewed were all PlayStation 1 games before I broke the norm by reviewing one ...
So I finally got off my ass and played through Assassin's Creed 1. Yeah, I know I'm half a decade behind the rest but I've been busy. I was thinking of making a thread but figured a blog review or final thoughts would work better since it is such an old game. Anyway... my thoughts: Story and Characters: The plot of the game is intriguing, a little weird but once you quickly accept the Animus, everything else doesn't feel out of place. The game has a pretty good cast of characters who ...
