  1. ToraTravels: no bangin' in Bangkok (january 2014)

It’s still dark at 5 am in the morning after I leave the diesel train and hop into a tuk-tuk, a motorcycle with a ittle carriage welded to the back, for a fast ride towards Khao San Road, the one of the most disgusting places in the world. By the time I get there the sun is illuminating the street and the few old white dudes with their arm around a hooker ...

  2. ToraTravels: A-party-heid in Israel

My last night in Tel Aviv happened to be on Israel’s Independence day, which is on a different date every year. From what I knew before about Goa parties, LSD and MDMA, the Israelis love to party and the night of Independence Day confirmed this idea. Tel Aviv was going crazy. A bag of red kaviar flavored chips. It's not nearly as good as it sounds.

Two greasy kebabs, a double burger (a great $6 one, though), a troutload of snickers, chips, a bag of chocolate candies, beans, ...
  4. Vivi22's Dietary Adventures Prologue: The Beginninning... inning!

Before we begin, I want to say that if you're coming in here expecting recipes or for me to try new foods, you should probably just turn around and head on back to the forums. I'm a terrible cook, care little for the effort that making interesting food takes, and would be perfectly happy to eat nothing but ground beef all day everyday for the rest of my life.

So what am I going to be doing here? My plan is to do a regular series of posts on my diet, the experiments I plan on performing ...

Since there's a blog feature on this site, and I take tons of pictures of food when I eat out, I figured why not try my hand at making a food blog? This post will feature: Graham Elliot in Chicago, IL (http://www.grahamelliot.com/ge.php)

    Review:
We had no problems making reservations for a Thursday by calling just a few days earlier. We were promptly seated even though we arrived early and decided on the Experience menu. Instead of getting wine pairings, we decided to ...
