It is shocking for me to lay eyes upon this today. I was 54 kg and looked very sick! Look at my bones. No wonder why people were worried.

This is a picture of me today:
Much better if you ask me! After my recovery, I began working out again (as I did before my struggle) and I feel so much healthier and definitely happier!

Yes, then there is the karaoke. What is it with Asian people and karaoke? It doesn't matter if it's a wedding, birthday, or whatever. "We" always have to break out the karaoke. If you have never attended this type of party, you'll never know just how horrific it is. I know, it's an irritating platitude and quite harmless, but seriously, it really is quite disasterous.

HOPEFULLY, my mom won't participate in this activity tomorrow. I'm a little old to be entirely embarrassed by my source of life, but I reel in horror just thinking about it.

Know what I am ranting on about? Perhaps it is better that all Westerners just stay away from all gatherings like this.

Why should you care? I completely agree, but to GJ fans, this release is like honey from the heavens!

"Muse" is considered to be Grace's "lost album", and it's been nigh-impossible to get your hands on the old vinyl and it is not exactly a dinosaur. It's from 1979. The album was released in the year of the so-called dicso-backlash, so it didn't garner much attention. The single "On Your Knees", peaked at number #28 on the Dance Charts, and the album itself climbed to #156 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1979.

Personally speaking, the album's meant a lot to me over the years. It's been a huge comfort in troubled times, and it still connects to this day. The song "I'll Find My Way to You" is still my favorite GJ song, and now I am finally able to listen to it completely remastered.

Like I said, why should you care? Again, I agree. But, I don't doubt that some of you can relate to my point. We all have stuff that we consider "creature comforts". Certain songs. Certain movies. Certain books. Particular things that inevitably invoke nostalgia in even the toughest of hearts.

Allow me to share my fascinating train of thought, concerning last year's abuse of Christmas food and that unavoidable thing called "guilt".

Prior to December last year, I weighed 60 kg. Now, I have always been a skinny guy, and putting on some muscle weight has always been a little difficult for me. I won that struggle, though. Well, I seriously thought that Christmas time would quite literally weigh heavy on me, but it didn't.

I have a daily work out routine, and a stritct policy about what I put into my cake hole. Which is NEVER cake, by the way. Anyway, I deliberately decided NOT to put a pause on my routines during Christmas, which was a wise move.

I've eaten... correction, I ATE like a Snorlax. All of the dreamy crap. Crap I would never have touched, but luckily, Monday rolled around, and not a moment too soon.

According to so-called "experts", I am underweight. I scuff at that, but I cannot deny the fact that my ribs are poking out. :roll2 I'm 24, 5'10" and a guy.

So, what's this all about? Well, I felt guilty like never before. Why do we need to eat? WHY do we have insatiable cravings?

"I eat to live. I don't live to eat!"
