• Eyes on EoFF: Knock on the door, #24!

We are back folks for another addition of the community update. Microphone still missing, I'll probably have to purchase another one. But never mind about that! What's been going on then in EoFF this week? Well, it's time for guns, hangings, doctors and coppers. It's Mafia time!

Hoping you had a chocotastic birthday...
    Absolutely no-one

    Quote Of The Week
Last week's quote: Zidane from IX

"Enough expository banter. It's time we fight like men.
And ladies. And ladies who fight like men"

    • The largest news this week is definitely the introduction of the XXV Mafia. My knowledge of Roman numerals tell me that this is the 25th one, so let's make it extra special! You can still sign-up, though spaces are very scarce now. The theme of this Mafia is "Action Movie Badasses". Make of that as you will.
    • In related news, I am planning on having a day by day recap of the main events of the Mafia. Think of it like the Olympics. As the day (and night) comes to a close, I do a small recap of the main trials and tribulations of the day. I am not an expert, so don't expect very detailed assessments. Still, if all you want to do is simply follow the game as a spectator, then the Mafia update might be for you!
    • We have the long-awaited penultimate edition of Raistlin's critically acclaimed FF: Sexism series. This covers the period of IX and X, and it again has sparked rather lively debate. Go ahead and read his article and read the comments too!
    • If you are still in your prime, you might have gone clubbing now and then. If so, you might have plenty of experiences of drunk people, and getting drunk yourself. Those were the days, says some of you. Then reminisce about them in the Clubbing thread today!
    • Finally this week, news from SE. The news of the HD version of Final Fantasy X has been supplemented this week by the news that it will be bundled together with Final Fantasy X-2! The bundled remastering will be hitting us later this year, and they both feature the international versions of both games. If you want to be sent back to Spira, then this is for you!
