    FINAL FANTASY VIII is now on Steam    ! Much like its predecessor before it, FFVIII was released once again for the PC gamers through the game hub we all know and love. This time though, it comes with some extra bells and whistles.

    It costs £9.99/€12.99 /$11.99, and includes a couple of bonuses and new features such as the Chocobo World minigame, which hasn't yet been seen outside of Japan. Not just that but there are 45 steam achievements to get and the extra Magic Booster to add extra magic to the beginning of your game!

    If you haven't played it before, now's your chance! Will you be getting this steam purchase?

      I'm very impressed by the update in the graphics, even though they apparently didn't do much work on them. I'll have to upgrade my laptop if I was to play it fluidly though. Will probably get this when I do.

      There's not even a B4 button on a keyboard, unless you meant to put F4 on there.

      "B7," "B4," "B3," etc. represent whatever keyboard keys or controller buttons you assign to them, in place of square, triangle, R1, etc.

      Then you have to assign the buttons in your settings or in-game.

      I think its pretty cool. I wonder will they release a HD(?) port like this onto consoles like the PS3/4?

      So I'm at Balamb garden on disc 2. When in the library I run right up to the screen and noticed that all square have done is photoshopped a better looking head on the characters, the bodies are still rather pixelated when you see it close up lol SE so cheap, I don't really care because I'm loving the game but thought it worth pointing out.

      I thought it was just a rerelease of the PC version without the compatibility issues with versions of Windows after XP?
