If you didn't pre-order Final Fantasy Type-0 HD you're unfortunately never going to get a chance to play the demo for Final Fantasy XV, as it was only with pre-orders and Square-Enix isn't planning on releasing it separately. So instead of missing out, why not experience Episode Duscae with me?
After Prompto breaks the car, he, along with Prince Noctis and companions Gladiolus and Ignis arrive in the strange land of Duscae, hoping to scrape together enough cash to have Cindy repair their car. They hear about the Dread Behemoth Roberts (or some such) and decide to hunt it down, but not before beating up local wildlife.
I need to get back into the demo soon. I was struggling to figure out exactly how the combo stuff works, but I didn't experiment with it too much. This was enjoyable as always!

Thank you sir!

Refreshed and rested, Noctis and the boys set off to track down the Dread Behemoth once more, and, after finding broken trees and a red goop on the ground, discover Dead Eye's lair. Oh, and there's a black chocobo and I try to catch the black chocobo and, well, I can't. Sabretusk Woodstock also occurs.
Those signs really bothered me when I played. It's clearly in English, but at the same time they make it seem like they are trying to make it look like a different type of language/letters. It wouldn't bother me if it was Japanese or just strange made up letters. Instead, it just makes me imagine people looking at the sign and thinking "oh, I can't read that. I better get closer!" and then the Behemoth eats them because they get too close to its territory.
I kind of hope there is more to camping in the final game. I think it would be fun to get some extra dialogue on occasion when you camp outside of any normal cutscenes.
I'm excited for you to get to the Dread Behemoth Roberts.

A good way to land Dragoon Jumps is to initiate with it instead of using warp strike!
Clever!

If nothing else let's hope they animate steam coming off the food!
At last, the lair of the Dread Behemoth Dead Eye! After stealthily stalking our prey back to its lair, Ignis comes up with a cunning plan to give the old rascal what for! And it seems to work... until it doesn't and oh god why are all of my bones and vital organs being destroyed?
I'm glad Squeenix likes my articles! But if they are reading, maybe they'll take my suggestion of a Wii U FF game to heart (FFXII IZJSHD Remastered?)
Or @ least it would be nice if they really did.
Prompto sounds like Tidus. I agree that Noctis' voice doesn't fit the way he looks.
That's a massive behemoth. It's kinda interesting they used an elite fiend for the demo. It's kind of a throwback to Mystic Quest, where the first enemy you fight is a Behemoth.
We go to some sort of kooky chocobo bar whereupon your humble narrator is impressed that NPCs are wearing jeans. We are repeatedly warned not to go into some dark and ooky spooky cave so naturally we immediately head there only to discover Goblin Woodstock is apparently taking place. Except they're not really into peace and love and more ripping young princelings to pieces.
By the way, I think you can hold L3 down to run outside of just using square. That will help to run in battle instead of accidentally attacking. I kept having that issue with Behemoth.
Also, that shop keeper looks a lot like JonTron. It kind of bothers me that he definitely does not sound like JonTron.
And that's as far as I can get before I have to get ready for work. I'll have to finish this episode when I get home! Good stuff as always.
Edit: Oh! I would like to say that I hope we see more things like what you experience in the behemoth fight. It would be cool if you could actually organize tactical things with your party like that throughout the game in ways that might be a little less scripted. I don't know if we'll get to see that though.
We have our final showdown with the Dread Behemoth Dead Eye, and Ramuh proves more than useful to have knocking around the place, going biblical on the poor Behemoth's ass. We then scoot on over to Coernix Garage to see the rather... modest... Cindy, who has been fixing our motor for us. I also believe this video features the first gas station convenience store clerk in Final Fantasy history.
