As of today, the official teaser website for the newly announced Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival has been opened! If you head on over, you can have a look through some gorgeous colour screenshots for the game. I know that the Theatrhythm series has a strong following, so I'm not sure as to whether they will be excited to see another game in the series due for release, or be disappointed that it is an arcade game only - which may make it difficult for a lot of the fans to access it and play it. Those who can, however...
For those of us who can access one of the Theatrhythm machines, they can look forward to playing online with players across the country - with continually added music and characters! Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival features two buttons and two joystick sliders!
The game is set to be on display at the Japan Amusement Expo on the 20th of February, with Square Enix holding a round-table discussion on the game between 14:00 and 14:30. You'll never guess who'll be at the discussion... Only Final Fantasy series composer, Nobuo Uematsu himself! He'llbe joined by Final Fantasy XIV's sound director Masayoshi Soken, and producer Ichiro Hazama. It sounds like that will be one round-table worth going to, if only to sit and bask in the gloriousness that is Uematsu!
