Late update, but I believe it was confirmed yesterday that the "super suit DLC" will be delayed because of their strong similarity to the Power Rangers.

Did they really need anyone to tell them that?

It is not like it is their first power ranger set. Terra, Aqua and Ventus are with their armors.

I think the point is that the super suits looked a lot like the power suits from the new Power Rangers movie - right down to each bro having his own coloured suit.

Apparently Saban Entertainment reached out to SE and pointed out the similarity which is why they're being changed.

By reached out it was probably "change this trout now we didn't give you the rights to use these likenesses and will pursue this further otherwise" and SE have clearly obliged.

So we will be able to access the Gladio DLC from the main menu using a save file to carry over attributes or something?

Not sure at this point. This is how it worked with DLC like The Witcher 3, so we'll see.
