- Attack - Attack is equal to 0.5*Power (round down). That is the Power value not including adjustments for equipment. When a weapon is equipped in the right hand only, the character's Attack is equal to his initial Attack plus the Attack value of that weapon. When a weapon is equipped in each hand, the character's Attack is equal to half of his initial Attack (rounded up) plus the Attack value of the weapon in his right hand. Since you can not upgrade to a more powerful set of fists, the game compensates by raising your attack power directly for every weapon skill level up you get in fists. For each weapon skill level above 1 your power raises by 8, although you only get this increase when you are unarmed.
- Defense - This is just the sum of the Defense values of a character's Armor.
- Hit% - Hit% is in the form one number, then a hyphen, then two numbers. The number to the left of the hyphen is equal to the number to the left of the hyphen of a character's Weapon Skill level in the type of weapon equipped in the right hand. The double digit number to the right of the hyphen is equal to Power+80. That is the Power value not including adjustments for equipment. The double digit number to the right of the hyphen is the initial Hit% minus the Hit% value of the weapon equipped in the right hand.
- Evade - Evade is in the form of one number, then a hyphen, then two numbers. The number to the left of the hyphen is equal to the number to the left of the hyphen of a character's Weapon Skill level with a Shield (when a Shield is equipped). The double digit number to the right of the hyphen is equal to Agility. That is the Agility value not including adjustments for equipment. A character's Evade rating is equal to his initial Evade rating plus the Evade rating of both weapons. When a character gets a level up in a Weapon Skill, the Evade rating for that type of weapon goes up by the Evade Rating for that weapon. That is, a Buckler Shield has an Evade Rating of 4, so a Buckler Shield on level 1 has an evade rating of 4+1*4=8. A Buckler Shield on level 5 has an evade rating of 4+5*4=24. Armor lowers Evade.
- Magic Defense - Magic Defense is in the form of one number, then a hyphen, then two numbers. I have no idea how the number to the left of the hyphen is calculated (I'm working on it though). The double digit number to the right of the hyphen is equal to 0.5*(Vitality+Magic Power)+15. Those are the Vitality and Magic Power values not including adjustments for equipment. Armor raises Magic Defense.
