Oh wow! Well, I work with fiber cement. We test materials' surface areas, % solids, conductivity, etc. I work specifically with water treatment so it's a lot of pH regulation and chemicals, also. The materials engineer we have is sort of bad with working with communication. Not really a people person because most people that live around here are redneckish and he's not. :laugh: He also implements a lot of changes without letting everyone know so that's a little counterproductive. One word of advice: communication.
