  1. Oh fantastic! Make sure you take lots and lots of photos of your trip and post them so everyone can envy you
  2. The zoo for free? Awesome! I'll keep that in mind Plan to take a trip this year, could easily be there!
  3. Well if you ever find yourself down here, be sure to visit! I will even try and get you into the Zoo for free
  4. So lucky! It sounds so beautiful. I don't think I would want to leave such a place, ever, really. I mean, maybe to visit, but I'd be happy to come right back to it.
  5. The sky at night is wonderful, and you get some really romantic sunsets too! And sunrises as well, there's something magical about watching the sun rise from the valleys and stuff. The air is clean and oh man, it's just lovely!
  6. I think I would rather live in a place like that than in a major city where there is really nothing to do but eat, club, and be surrounded by buildings :P It sounds like a lovely place to live.
  7. Mooloolaba has a pretty active night scene as far as I know, with clubs and restaurants and such. Sunshine Plaza is great for shopping and cinemas and that sort of thing. Then you can go to the hinterland for picnics, bushwalks, mountain climbing. There's places that do kayaking and stuff too iirc. It's certainly not as packed as a major city would be, but there's certainly a lot to do
  8. I looked up pictures for that area and it seems really nice. But I think anything near water is a pretty nice area to live in. I would love to live in an area like that. Is there a lot to do? I'm sure the beach is an option, but other things and hangouts? The zoo would probably be a lovely place as well to hangout and walk through.
  9. I live in South-East Queensland, about halfway up the east coast of Australia, maybe a little bit over half. The smaller regional area I belong to is called the Sunshine Coast, but I live sort of in the hinterland area. A good reference point is that I live pretty close to Australia Zoo
  10. That is true! I live in the States and at the moment, nothing seems worth while. But that could be due to many complications, really. I know Canada is one place that I would like to see since its so close anyway. What part do you live in?
