  1. That slowed my whole internet right down. Like I'm typing this faster than the text can appear. Ridiculous. I wonder if I can bring some of that coding across and smurf with things just a little bit.
  2. You would love this thread. There are a couple others like that in the archives but I'm too lazy to find them right now. One of them hasn't worked since vB3.0 unfortunately; it is now too complex for vBulletin's increasingly poor code parser to handle.
  3. Well it was interesting at least! I've seen some pretty crazy stuff when tags have been mixed up or opened and not closed.
  4. apparently I had somehow had a span tag copied when I thought I had a div tag copied. Opps.
  5. Insomnia does blow, I've had a bout of it in the last week or so. Dunno what my deal is, but it's starting to get better.

PS something in your sig or something is screwing the forums xD I don't know what it is, but my profile page as well as the oil spill thread and that one in feedback both got table issues now xD
  6. That's probably true. I don't have any faith that I'd do so in anything approaching an organised manner due to the nonlinear way in which my mind works, but I suppose I could always try to sort things out after the fact.

I didn't sleep yet. I made a brief effort but got distracted shortly thereafter. Insomnia blows. Of course, it's almost certainly partially my own fault for not picking a specific time at which to attempt to sleep every night and sticking to it. Probably going to attempt again very shortly, but who knows.
  7. Concepts can be expanded, sometimes you just pick up an idea by writing it out.

    Sleep well friend!
  8. I have a few concepts. But none of them are enough for me to base an entire book around.

Anyway I'm probably going to sleep now but I'll be back later
  9. NaNoWriMo was great for me, I sat down and smashed my novel out in 18 days. I mean, it's horrible, but it's finished. If you go into it with a concept already planned out, it's brilliant.
  10. Yeah, as someone who keeps toying with the idea of writing a novel, it's fascinating. Unfortunately I still lack the discipline to sit down and plot out a story worth writing, mostly because I'm not really sure how I should go about doing it, and until I get that done I'm probably not going to get more than a few pages written.
