Until you run out of MP, that is. The White Chocobo has so much MP, it can afford to give your party their MP back everytime they catch it. Plus the Trickster doesn't need MP to make himself invisible.
White Chocobos are the most underrated Chocobo. After all, in Original FFs, they restored your MP! And the Trickster from FFXII can use Choco-Comet and make himself invisible! Obviously no other chocobo, not even the Goldenboco can turn invisible. White Chocobos for the win!
