Like for Fantasy Life, I've beaten the base game but not the Island, which I have. For Pillars of Eternity, I've only played the base game because I don't have the White March expansion yet.

As in, base games, for games that get expansions and other add-on content later. I mark base where I only played the base so far but might add a follow-up later once I beat the additional stuff.
What does (base) mean on your menu? I read the stuffs but I might have missed that part

Pikachu is in every game, I'm pretty sure, so you should have no problem getting a Raichu. You should also pick up his squished cousin, Dedenne!
