XD Anyway, take this as a sharing session and let's not get too formal. I might not be right anyway. Also, I had more or less share with you everything I know, like I said, it is mostly up to you and yourself when any important event happens. Maybe when you wanna advance some more, you can take a look back and see whether it is worth it. Who knows, some people advance forward at the cost of their happiness and other stuff. Although it is alway good to look forward, but sometimes taking a look back ward before you do anything isn't that bad too.

Ya, that is the difficult part. I guess during the crucial moment of important decision making, you just have to ask yourself and give yourself the answer. When you think about the answer, also think of the consequences of how it will affect you and the people around you!
Well said, but there's another side to it. How do you know when to stop, how do you know enough is enough? When can you say that's all I can do, or there isn't a little more I can push myself to be better.
