There are a combination of things that put you in a good position to get handed a staff cap. The only problem for hopefuls is that there isn't a high turn over rate. We still have quite a number of staff who are all active posters and still keeping up their end of the bargain. Chance is probably the biggest factor in becoming a CK. When our new front site goes live, we'll need ordinary members to help out though. This is a great opportunity to pitch in, get some content up and demonstrate passion and enthusiasm. I also want to run a CK competition soon anyway, as some fun and to see what sort of potential we've got. We'll see how it goes, but don't give up hope!
