Especially when there's no need to. If GIMP was better, then you might bother to learn it. But until then, just stick with the familiar.
It's what I'm most used to. GIMP apparently has most of its features by now, but a much clunkier interface. I'm too lazy to learn another image editing program.
Photoshop seems the best for all your editing needs, or so I hear on the electronic grapevine!
I need to reinstall photoshop. I just used GIMP to make that one, and apart from basic features I really have no idea how to use GIMP.
I have a couple editing programs at my disposal and absolutely no idea how to use them to my advantage. I think I'll have to start learning soon, lest I slowly slip into the computer illiterate category :o
